I just thought I would share with you guys the cool little surprise that I got in the mail today from Essie! It is a sample of their new- "Apricot Cuticle Oil", I have been wanting to try this since I have heard about it. According to Essie's website this is supposed to: "Rehydrate and revitalize cuticles and nails. The distinctive combination of cotton seed and soybean oils seal add moisture and aid in rehydrating and revitalizing cuticles and nails while providing maximum nourishment." So, I am hoping that it turns out to be great, I have NEVER had any problems with Essie so we will see. If you guys want a review, let me know below.

What is your name?

My name is Annthea Roberts.

When were you born?

I was born in sunny ☼ California! Santa Cruz to exact on November 17 of 1993.      

What is your hometown?

Stockton, CA! Home of Stockton Ports baseball team, the waterfront, and the asparagus festival (yum)! 

Where have you worked?

I have worked at, a hair straightener booth; you know those annoying girls right in the middle of the mall that always try and stop you from walking and want to touch your hair? Yeah! I was one of them (I had some wonderful experience there as well as gained knowledge though; loved it), I have worked at a perfume store,jewelry store and have been a waitress.

Hair length, hair color, eye color?

My hair is past the middle of my back, my natural hair color is dark brown but right now it is a little bit  darker then a "Rihanna" red, my eye color is a light brown.

What is your best feature?

I think my best feature is my personalty, I am bubbly and out going☻ . Physical wise I think I would say my eyes?

What is your ethnicity?

I am  Filipino and Latina❀.    

How tall are you?

5'9. 

Braces? Piercings? Tattoos?

I have never had braces,  I have my ears pierced and want two more ear piercings, I have no tattoos currently but I plan on having 3 soon.

Do you play any instruments?

I used to play the violin ♪ and acoustic guitar ♫ slightly .

What did you want to be when you grew up?

I used to want to be a singer, an actress,  a dog walker, and quite a lot of things.  

Least / most favorite subject in school?

Math was and still is my least favorite subject, and I loved drama class.

Do you have any pets?

My boyfriend's long-haired Dachshund RedDawg is like my little baby.

Have you been out of the country before?

No, I have never been out of the country although there are many places I would love to go.

Favorite movies?

Breakfast at Tiffany's,  every fast and furious movie, Tristan and Isolde, Memoirs of a Geisha...

Favorite TV shows?

Most recently I has to be SCANDAL! LOVE IT! I have a bit of an obsession with Pretty Little Liars, Teen Mom, Teen Mom 2, My fair Wedding with David Tutera..

Favorite book?

The Bible. I also like Think Like a Man, have read every Twilight book,  and  love Lauren Conrad's books.  

Favorite color?

That would be PINK!

Favorite animal?

Penguins!

Currently- Poppy by: Coach.

I love tea! And soda.

Favorite holiday?

Christmas! Celebrating the birth of Christ, being with family and friends, the FOOD! My favorite season is winter too ☃❄.

I have so many!!  Umm,  Dave Wong's in Stockton, CA.

My favorite song changes a lot. I would have to pick two on my recent play list-  South Dakota by: Kara Della Valle and Highchool by: Nicki Minaj ft. Lil Wayne (completely different genres, I know..)

Yes, my love for him is so very strong, God is very, forever present in my life. I read the bible every night and I am constantly talking to him throughout my day, I thank him for everything that happens in my life✞♥. 

What is your life motto?

"Everyday may not be good but there is something good in every day..."  And it is so, so true.

What do you think of your boyfriend/husband?

He is incredible! He is a man of integrity, he motivates me to be stronger each day, he is the light at the end of a dark tunnel. He truly is the love of my life♥.

How much do you love your followers?
Well, I only have 1 follower because I just started my blog but I hope to be able to inspire whoever reads my blog, I appreciate any and all of you, and for you to know that in return you are loved and appreciated.

My favorite drugstore mascara

So, I recently picked up this mascara by Maybelline at my local Walgreens and let me just say.... OMG!! I love it, the formula and consistency are not to drying like some drugstore brands I have come across and of course I had to get the waterproof version with my horrible allergies but with an eye makeup remover it comes right off!! This stuff I must say beats "the falsies" mascara right out of the park, (for me it does at least) it made my lashes look so great!

I normally only apply 1-2 coats of mascara but here I did 3, this is a very build able.

The only down fall that I have noticed is that it slightly seems to get more and more clumpy as the day goes, it is not to noticeable but seems to happen the hotter it is outside. The wand is nothing extremely special, it is basically your standard mascara wand, although the end it a bit more narrow than the rest. 

Overall, I think is is great; I would say B+ to an A-.
